General terms and conditions
We draw the attention of our guests to the fact that from 01 January 2014 a local tax will be charged. From 01.01.2024 this will be Euro 3,00 per person and night (children under 14 years are exempt from the local tax). This tax is not included in the above mentioned prices and is due on the day of departure. It is shown separately on the invoice.
If a double room is used as a single room, a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate per day will be applied.
3rd person fixed price with 2 fully paying persons:
- 50% discount on the daily price regardless of age
- bookable only in the suites and junior suites
Supplement for one night per person € 5,00.
For your well-being the following services are included in our half board:
- A house in the most beautiful and quietest location above the wine village of Tramin with a panoramic view of the magnificent valley of the Etsch river
- For the colder days a beautiful fireplace room with a cosy fire
- Reading corner with library
- A sunny winter garden and panoramic terrace welcome you in the morning for breakfast, which we serve from 8.00 am to 11.00 am
- A cosy garden terrace and panoramic terrace where we serve dinner in the warm months
- The landlady, a certified sommelier, runs a well-assorted wine cellar with South Tyrolean highlights
- Wireless Internet throughout the hotel

The deposit is also considered a cancellation fee; otherwise the international cancellation conditions apply. Cancellations up to 1 month before the start of the stay are free of charge, after that 50% of the booked stay will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, the unused but booked period will be charged at 70%.
THE WELLNESS OFFER
- Free use of the indoor swimming pool from 7 am – 7 pm continuously open
- Biosauna on reservation from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. daily for extra payment
- Fitness room
- Winter garden with panoramic deckchairs
- Wellness bag with bathrobes, slippers and bath towels in the room
- Sunbathing lawn with sunbeds
The parking area is at the guests’ disposal free of charge, it is closed from 11 pm to 7 am by means of an automatic gate.
On departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 am, on arrival the room will be avialable from 2 pm.
Pets are not allowed, we ask for your understanding.
The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro).
Rail and air travellers will be picked up from the train stations of Bolzano and from Bolzano airport, price per trip € 25,00.
