Culinary highlights
Enjoy your breakfast on one of our terraces with a wonderful view of Tramin and the South Tyrolean lowlands or in our winter garden. In the evening you can enjoy gourmet delicacies or light summery dishes from the kitchen served in our dining room.
The Mühle Mayer team, always focused on the guest – from room service to the cook, is happy to fulfil all wishes.
Gabor is responsible for the service together with the chef, Karl takes care of the physical well-being with dishes of local and Italian cuisine, Ingrid is responsible for housekeeping. Heini is our gardener, who diligently tends the green of the property.
For our meals we choose high quality products, which are freshly prepared in our house. We attach great importance to regionality and sustainability. Long transport routes should be avoided wherever possible. We obtain our fresh local and regional ingredients and products, such as bacon, cheese, eggs and fruit, mainly from butchers, farms and other producers in Tramin and the surrounding area, and can therefore guarantee freshness and excellent quality.
The seasons play an important role in the selection of products: we put on the table what nature offers at present.
