Culinary highlights

Enjoy your breakfast on one of our terraces with a wonderful view of Tramin and the South Tyrolean lowlands or in our winter garden. In the evening you can enjoy gourmet delicacies or light summery dishes from the kitchen served in our dining room.

The Mühle Mayer team, always focused on the guest – from room service to the cook, is happy to fulfil all wishes.
Gabor is responsible for the service together with the chef, Karl takes care of the physical well-being with dishes of local and Italian cuisine, Ingrid is responsible for housekeeping. Heini is our gardener, who diligently tends the green of the property.

The seasons play an important role in the selection of products: we put on the table what nature offers at present.
